Feedel

This program will allow you to type using Ethiopic characters or fonts. This includes Amharic, Tigrinya, Oromina, Geez, etc. This program works in all popular software programs such as: Microsoft Words, Excel, Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Page Maker, and more. It is mostly used for word processing, data entry, spread sheet, computer graphics, etc.
The program comes with stickers for your keyboard for easy recoginition. Compatable with both PC and Mac systems.
Committee for Ethiopic Computing has voted Feedel's font encoding as a standard for single font system.

	The word "Feedel" means "Alphabet". Because alphabets together make words, we chose the name Feedel. Since 1985, Feedel has been involved in the development of Software for Ethiopic Languages. This has culminated in the successful adaptation of the Ethiopic Characters for the Windows/PC and the Macintosh environment. Feedel believes that the Ethiopic alphabet should be able to be written in any computer application that allow multiple fonts and to be manipulated for processing of words, data or graphics in Ethiopic fonts.
